We can both receive and deliver digital files to/from you online via FTP.  FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol and is the fastest and most secure way to send files over the internet.  Please note that we can not accept any audio files sent via email so if you need to upload files to us FTP is the only way to do it!

So for those new to FTPing - in order to upload your digital files to us you'll need a program which can do this for you (known in geek speak as an "FTP Client").

for MAC we recommend downloading
Cyberduck (freeware)
or the free trial version of Fetch

for PC we recommend downloading
SmartFTP (freeware)
or the free trial version of WS_FTP Pro

Once these are installed on your system:
1) email us for your own unique user name and password,
2) establish a new connection with "www.totalsonicmastering.com" entered as the host name and with the user name and password we've given you
3) choose the files you wish to upload and send them
4) email us again when your upload is complete so that we know we should check our server.

Please note that if you are sending a large project that the upload time might be extensive.
