Order Info / Track Lists:
Please include the following information with your order:
- Contact / billing names, address, email, phone #
- Label name and contact info if different from above
- Artist Name
- Album Name
- Catalog Number (aka "matrix") of the release
- Number of masters and reference discs you wish to order - or whether you want files for download only
- Shipping addresses for any reference discs or masters
- Shipping method you wish us to use (i.e. Priority Mail, UPS Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air)
- Subcode information such as the release's UPC (barcode #) or EAN, ISRC's, and CD Text (album title, album artist, track titles, track artists). More information about these subcodes can be read about here.
Please also include a track list with your order letting us know the track titles, start times on provided master (and corresponding file name if different, index or track id number if you are sending in a CD or DAT, or order on reel if sending in analog tape), track lengths, and the sequence that these tracks are to appear in your final master.
Also include with this any notes regarding special requests (i.e. timings for lengths in between tracks, specific fades you wish to have done, clicks or pops to be removed, splices to be made, sounds that you're looking for from particular tracks, etc.)
